GIVE THANKS
Psalm 107:1
Give thanks in all circumstances.. 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Give Thanks
Turkey. Pilgrims. Indians. Cranberry jelly. Don't forget the pumpkin
pie! Parents, spouse, children, family, home, things, jobs, clothes,
food, stuff, friends, health, life itself. Thanksgiving….a good time
to ask, what am I thankful for? Even better, whom should I thank?
Often it looks like it's a person who deserves our thanks. Sometimes
we think circumstances get the credit. Yet ultimately, everything we
have is a gift from God. Even who we are is a gift from God.
God uses people and situations to bring His gifts to us. He alone is
the Great Gift-giver.
It is good to know to Whom all thanks is due…..
….always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name
of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:20
